Maxim Integrated Products introduces the MAX17062/MAX17067 single-channel, step-up DC-DC converters with an integrated FET. Designed on Maxim's proprietary BiCMOS process, these devices provide high current density, increased voltage capacity, and improved efficiency for advanced LCD applications. To ensure highly efficient operation and excellent transient response, the MAX17062/MAX17067 employ current-mode, fixed-frequency, pulse-width modulation (PWM) circuitry with a built-in, n-channel power MOSFET. |
