Maxim Integrated Products introduces the MAX14752/MAX14753 8-channel/dual 4-channel, high-voltage multiplexers. These devices feature ultra-low leakage (20nA, max), low on-resistance (60n, typ), and low on-resistance flatness (0.03n, typ) to minimize the voltage errors introduced by series current-limiting resistors on switch inputs. Additionally, they integrate input diodes to protect against overvoltages and undervoltages. |
