Maxim Integrated Products introduces the MAX9060-MAX9065 ultra-low-power, low-voltage comparators. Available in two package options, a miniature 1mm x 1mm UCSP and a 5-pin SOT23, these devices maximize space savings, facilitate the prototyping phase, and increase design flexibility. The MAX9060-MAX9065 operate from a wide, 0.9V to 5.5V power-supply range, which is particularly useful for low-battery conditions in portable equipment. |
