SUNNYVALE, CA—May 1, 2008—Maxim Integrated Products (Pink OTC Markets: MXIM) introduces the MAX4928A/MAX4928B ultra-high-speed, 1:2 or 2:1, DisplayPort™/PCI Express® (PCIe®) passive switches. These devices utilize n-channel switches to route differential signals between a graphics and memory controller hub (GMCH) and either a PCIe 2.0 socket or DisplayPort connector. Each device features six pairs of bidirectional, double-pole/double-throw (DPDT) switches, thus allowing a single device to perform all switching. |
