(NYSE: VSH) continues to broaden its optoelectronics portfolio with the release of a new series of wide-angle phototransistors in a PLCC-2 surface mount package that is compatible with lead (Pb)-free soldering. Devices in the VEMT series serve as pin-to-pin and functional equivalents for the current TEMT series of phototransistors, enabling simple and quick migration to meet lead (Pb)-free soldering requirements. |
