Featuring 2-µs Rise and Fall Times and ± 60° Angle of Half Intensity, Devices are 100 % Compatible with Current TEMT Series for Easy Replacement MALVERN, Pa. — April 4, 2008 — Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH) continues to broaden its optoelectronics portfolio with the release of a new series of wide-angle phototransistors in a PLCC-2 surface mount package that is compatible with lead (Pb)-free soldering. Devices in the VEMT series serve as pin-to-pin and functional equivalents for the current TEMT series of phototransistors, enabling simple and quick migration to meet lead (Pb)-free soldering requirements. |
