The device is the industry’s first in the 0603 chip size to offer a military-grade absolute TCR of ±0.2 ppm/°C from −55 °C to +125 °C, +25 °C ref., a tolerance of ±0.01 %, and an almost immeasurable 1-ns rise time without ringing. While typical 0603 resistors offer a load-life stability of ≥0.1 % through a 1000-hour workload, Vishay’s new device features an improved load-life stability of ±0.005 % at +70 °C for 2000 hours at rated power.
