Atmel Corporation announced the availability of the AT86RF212 800/900 MHz IEEE 802.15.4™ RF transceiver for low power wireless applications, including ZigBee. The AT86RF212 offers an industry best RF performance with a link budget of up to120 dB in the 800 MHz and 900 MHz ISM bands available in Europe and North America, respectively. The link budget is the result of the -110 dBm sensitivity offered by the device and the maximum output power of +10 dBm. |

Both 3.5GHz and 2.5GHz now supported Barcelona, Spain and Langen, Germany, February 11, 2008 - Fujitsu Microelectronics Europe's (FME) Mobile WiMAX customers now have the option to address the 3.5GHz-licensed band, in addition to the 2.5GHz band, with Infineon's new WiMAX RF Transceiver SMART WiMAX. This means that the vast majority of all licensed bands worldwide can be supported with one highly integrated and flexible front-end. |
