Vishay’s New Z202 Miniature Ultra-High-Precision Z-Foil Resistors Combine Typical TCR of ±0.05 ppm/°C, Power Coeffient of Resistance (PCR )of ±5 ppm, and Tolerances to ±0.01% Devices Feature Load Life Stability of ±0.01 %, ESD Protection Above 25000 V, and Can be Trimmed to any Value at any Tolerance Within Standard Value Range MALVERN, Pa. — Feb. 08, 2008 — Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH) announces the Z202 series of miniature ultra-high-precision Z-Foil resistors, which provide a typical TCR of ±0.05 ppm/°C from 0 °C to +60 °C, PCR (.R due to self heating) of ±5 ppm at rated power, tolerances to ±0.01 %, load life stability of ±0.01 %, and can be trimmed to any specific value at any tolerance within the standard resistance range of 5 Ω to 30 kΩ. |
