Excellent selectivity for GLONASS navigation system

EPCOS has developed a SAW filter for the Russian navigation system GLONASS with very good nearby selectivity. This is particularly important due to the very close proximity of just 15 MHz to the neighboring satellite telephone service Inmarsat. Even in the nearby range the new SAW filter achieves an attenuation level of 25 dB over the entire temperature range of -40 to +85 °C. |
