Langen and Nürnberg, Germany, February 26th 2008 — Fujitsu Microelectronics Europe (FME) today announces the MB96F338U, the latest member of its 16FX family of powerful 16-bit microcontrollers developed for automotive and industrial applications. This new device integrates a USB full-speed interface plus MiniHost functionality and three CAN interfaces together on one chip - a first for Fujitsu. |
