What is the time taken for Software Store and Hardware Store
Time taken ( tSTORE) is the same for both the Software Store and Hardware Store operations.
Software Store: The Software Store is initiated at the CE/ or OE/ going Low edge (whichever occurs last) for the 6th address read. (See datasheet for the six specific address sequence which should be read to initiate Software Store.)
Hardware Store: Hardware Store is initiated at the HSB/ going Low edge.
Note: In the case of Software Store a STORE operation happens every time it is initiated whereas in the case of Hardware Store a STORE operation happens only if there was a Write to the SRAM since the last STORE or RECALL operation.
